Condition of Goods Sold

Every item you see pictured on Inverted Eye is the exact item you
are purchasing.  I do my best to research and describe each item I sell,
but I do not profess to be an expert or professional appraiser.  Please
be aware that these are used, vintage and antique goods sold “As Is”. 
I do not clean, refurbish or repair any items I sell.  There are no alterations
to photos to remove imperfections or dislocations but please note that
color and shading may vary due to digital photography and the lighting
and editing of the photos in Photoshop.  Each item descriptions will
accurately denote any flaws,such as tears, frays, stains, or discoloration. 
If you have any questions regarding any item, please ask before purchasing it.

Waiver of Liability

Please know that our items listed and sold on our site are from a different
era.  Therefore it is at the Buyers discretion to use items.  Please inspect
all items before using.  Some items are good for display only.  Inverted
Eye is in no way responsible or liable for any damage or injury due to the
use of these products.


Sales Tax

All customers residing in the State of California must pay sales tax. 
If you do not check the appropriate California Resident box during the
Check Out process, the Inverted Eye reserves the right to re-calculate your
purchase with Sales Tax and notify you of the change in total price.


Shipping Costs

All items are inspected prior to shipment to ensure the item shipped is
exactly as listed in the item description.

All orders are typically shipped within 72 hours. This does not include
weekends and Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed
on the following Monday.

Please Note: Heavier and oversize orders may be subject to higher shipping
rates. You will be notified if there are changes in your billing amount.
Multiple item orders may not always show the most accurate shipping
charge as it is sometimes difficult to determine upfront how several
items will combine in a box. If we feel you were overcharged we will
refund the difference. If we feel the online shipping system did not show
an accurate shipping fee and there is an increase required, we will always
contact you first.

Shipping charges are derived from shipping, handling and confirmation
fees.


Tracking Shipments & Refunds

Orders are sent via the United States Postal Service Priority or First
Class mail with delivery confirmation. This means items can not be
traced online but will only be listed on the USPS website once they have
been delivered. Delivery confirmations are not always recorded online for
foreign destinations. Depending on requests, we may add UPS and FedEx
at a later time.

Once an order has been delivered to the US Postal Office, we are no
longer responsible for its delivery. Any orders mailed but not received
must be handled as complaints through the Postal Office. We'll do
anything to help locate the package but again can not be held responsible
once we can provide a delivery confirmation number.

Items damaged during shipment are not refundable. We recommend the
purchase of insurance and delivery confirmation for all purchases. In the
event an item arrives damaged due to shipping we will do all we can to
provide you with the proper photos and paperwork to file an insurance
claim. We will not be responsible for filing insurance claims on your behalf.


All Sales are Final

The formal policy is that we do not accept returns for any reason and all
sales are final.  However, if you receive something that you purchased
and you are extremely dissatisfied and feel as if the information on the
Inverted Eye website mislead you in any way, please contact me and
we will do my best to accommodate you.  It is our intention to make all
of customers happy and therefore we will do our best to make sure
you are satisfied and feel positive about your purchase.
