In the 1930's and 1940's, the Spencer Lens Co. of Buffalo New York manufactured high grade optical glass, illuminators, photographic lenses and projection apparatus. Made by Leviton Lab. Please note that I didn’t plug in / try to see if it works, but the light appears to be wired with modern plug 5a 250 v 10a 125v.
